St. Casimir Cemetery We had a great time at the 2022 West Virginia Paracon this past weekend! It was incredible to meet so many people like us (are still alive) and who wanted to speak and tell us their own stories. We had even gotten the chance to chat with fellow investigation teams who we’ll be excited to join in with in the future! It was another great event put on by Paranormal Quest that really benefited both the paranormal community and the community of Moundsville! We’ll be sure to be back next year with even more stories to share! We’re very excited to share our final analysis following our investigation of the Archive of the Afterlife in Cameron, WV. This marks the completion of our first paranormal investigation of this paranormal and highly charged museum. We captured a full complement of voices and supernatural noises associated with both the location and the artifacts. To top this off, we experienced strange visions of a young girl and even a shadow moving down the hallway of the second floor! We’re very grateful for this opportunity and are extremely thankful for hospitality and professionalism of the owner and operator of the museum, Steve Hummel. We hope we get more opportunities to build off of this evidence and these experiences and shed some light on the true entities strewn about the old house. We could not be more excited as we are preparing for the 2022 West Virginia State Penitentiary Paranormal Convention this coming Saturday. This is the second year we have participated in the event and love when the paranormal community is pulled together in one place. For once, we aren’t the only weird ones that talk to empty rooms and expect responses! We can’t wait to share our stories, evidence, and equipment but more-so to hear YOUR stories and share some laughs while we’re at it! One thing nobody has EVER suggested is that we take ourselves too seriously! Stop by and become our friends! It’s boring to sit at the table with our thoughts (and each other). Be sure to join us this Saturday, August 13 at the West Virginia State Penitentiary for this great event and keep an eye out for our analysis of the Archive of the Afterlife later this week! There were a few oddities captured in the Hope Doll Room that we wanted to highlight as we break down our recordings for our analysis of our paranormal investigation of the Archive of the Afterlife in Cameron, WV. The recordings we captured here stretched from verbal speech and communication to laughter. In the first clip, we heard intelligent language explaining what happened to them ("Accident") and then telling us that they were the ones we saw previously ("That was me"). The second clip continued the intelligent conversation but this time seemed to get the Hope Doll's reaction after we ask about the religious artifacts ("Loving it") and warning us about the closet in separate moments ("Excuse me," "Absolution," and "Please go"). In the third clip, two different moments of laughter was heard. Please listen in and tell us what YOU hear! Comment or even Direct Message us! Stay up to date on our social media and website as we'll be releasing more clips and the final analysis shortly! Voting is now open in this year's Best of Pittsburgh readers' poll! Join Pittsburgh City Paper in celebrating all of the out-of-this-world people, places, and businesses from throughout the region! As we continue through our analysis, we've broken down a few instances where we captured some type of verbal anomaly. These noises stem from creaking floorboards to phantom breaths, captured and heard as if circling us while spending time in the Doll Room during our paranormal investigation of the Archive of the Afterlife in Cameron, WV. Let us know what YOU hear as your feedback is crucial to this analysis! Be sure to keep up to date with our social media as we'll release more data as we continue on! When breaking down our paranormal investigation of the Archive of the Afterlife, we captured some strange occurrences while inside the museum. These were all captured on video but we managed to isolate each moment in a screen capture and attached them below. There definitely seemed to be a light anomaly in the Doll Room where we filmed what appeared to be a pair of eyes staring towards us from underneath one of the dolls. One of the more startling experiences occurred when a figure appeared in the SLS camera as if it were exiting the mirror and the closet in the Hope Room only to crawl up the mirror, continuing on up the wall toward the ceiling before it disappeared altogether. Another strange sighting occurred in the Hallway of the Doll Room when a light anomaly streamed across the area toward our trail camera. While we’ll continue to dig deeper here and share what we come across, we did want to send another thank you to Steve for the opportunity to spend some time here as well as being such a wonderful host throughout the night! You may be wondering…why does a paranormal investigation team set up a table at a convention? We had an unforgettable experience during our Paranormal adventure into the Archive of the Afterlife in Cameron, WV this past weekend. Even though it was cut slightly short due to unsuspecting weather and scary roads through the woods during a rain storm, we still had a wonderful, entertaining, and seemingly active investigation in the old house turned iconic (soon to be anyway) museum of historic artifacts and paranormally charged relics. This is all due, in no small part, to the always hospitable, passionate, and knowledgeable owner of Steve Hummel. We’re sure to return in the near future and are excited to begin digging into our captured evidence and share our personal experiences! We’ll continue the trend of sharing the more intriguing evidence we come across from our night! We are fast approaching our next paranormal investigation this coming weekend, Saturday, July 16 in Moundsville, WV. We're very excited to spend some time in the new Archive of the Afterlife as we've visited the old museum in the past but have been looking forward to this new location and a full investigation. The museum is owned and operated by the always accommodating and one of the nicest members of the paranormal community in Steve Hummel. The location itself is said to hold some unique energies but combine that with all of the haunted relics stored safely inside creates an entirely new energy and overall feel to the building. Following our investigation, we will be sure to share our personal experiences and any evidence we may capture during our time inside the Archive of the Afterlife. We have linked a brief history of the location but even more information about the artifacts inside: We had a great time once again with Behind the Fiends, sharing stories and evidence! We could talk all day, so we're sure we'll be joining once again. Especially now that we're "Honorary Fiends!" Be sure to listen back at:
